Hypnotherapy is a good way to resolve your feelings of low self esteem. Although they are often used interchangeably, self esteem is not the same as self confidence. Self esteem is the value that you place on yourself; your ‘worth’ in your own eyes.

Low self-esteem can be responsible for other problems (dysfunctional thinking). It often leads to feelings of inadequacy, fear of rejection, fear of failure, aggression, arguments and ‘nit-picking’, e.g. finding fault with others. It can also lead to a need for perfectionism as the person with low self-esteem strives to compete.
